The CRSTLP Crossteel uses two polished stainless steel curved rods to simultaneously realign/steel both sides of a knife edge. No more guessing at what angle to hold the knife and the counter weights provide the proper amount of steeling pressure. It's much safer than a butcher steel. Constructed on a polyethylene board the CRSTLP is built tough and designed to be maintenance free.
